I recently (5000 miles ago) put Redline synthetic in my tranny and rear end (MT-90 for tranny, and 75w90 in rear), the tranny has never shifted so smoothly as it does now with the synthetic, and it has about 129k hard miles on it. no problems with the rear end either. Like., The rear diff fluid was quite dirty when we changed the fluid and a umber of small spring pieces were attached to the plug. The slip diff does work when tested. ...
