Pyramidi pasianssin pelinkulku on melko ainutlaatuinen: 28 korttia jaetaan kuvapuoli ylöspäin pyramidin muodossa, osittain päällekkäin. Tavoitteena on poistaa kaikki nämä kortit pyramidista yhdistämällä kortit, jotka lisäävät 13. Pyramidi pasianssi on luultavasti tunnetuin peli lisäykset ja parittelu -kategoriassa.
